Booking a treatment through this website or via phone/WhatsApp is a request for an appointment, which the Clinic will confirm. We may reschedule or decline a booking where clinically or operationally necessary, and will always try to offer an alternative time. Please arrive on time — late arrival may require the appointment to be shortened or rescheduled.
We ask that you give us reasonable notice — at least 24 hours — if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book online in the future.
Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures. Where a treatment requires it, you will be asked to complete a medical intake and sign a treatment-specific consent form before the procedure begins. Treatment outcomes vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Our specialists will discuss suitability, risks, and expected results with you during your consultation.
Prices shown on the website are indicative and may be confirmed or adjusted following an in-person consultation, based on your specific treatment plan. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed with the Clinic.
